Digital Solution Architect - AI / Microsoft - up to HKD 1M

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and governance of enterprise data platforms, including data structures, integration architecture, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
• Explore, evaluate, and pilot new technologies, development methodologies, and enterprise software solutions, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and convert innovative concepts into practical business applications that deliver measurable value.
• Develop and promote best-practice development frameworks, standards, and methodologies across multiple regional markets.
• Act as a technical advisor to local development teams, providing guidance on architecture, troubleshooting, and solution design.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, solution delivery, technical innovation, application architecture, or research and development functions.
• Solid understanding of modern development practices, software engineering methodologies, system design, and application lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and Copilot-related solutions.
• Strong interest in technology trends and a proactive approach to researching and adopting innovative tools and practices.
• Trilingual communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
